By using the services provided by "Feelcast," you agree to these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "TOC"). If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Description of Service

"Feelcast" provides a checklist service designed to help users achieve their goals. This service is provided under the terms and conditions outlined in this TOC.

Use of Service

• You agree to use the "Feelcast" service for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the service.
• "Feelcast" grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these TOC.
• Content created within the app is stored on the device being used and is not saved on external servers. Any data loss resulting from app deletion is the user's responsibility.
